Ok Friends! Yesterday we talked about helping children/teens sort through their actions and how to do things differently. Today, let’s talk tracking behavior. We adults use visual reinforcements during day... to-do lists, calendars and timers. Creating a behavior tracker for kids is visual reminder to help mange their own behavior. Create a desired behavior such as .. I will raise my hand before I speak and create a reward such as legos. Then create a goal for that behavior stating how often the behavior must be done. ** Allow your child to have input in creating the tracker** If you have specific questions on certain behavior for creating a tracker? Send me a message.
